Leon at the front always takes care of me when im there. Never in a bad mood, can make last minute changes if i need to. It can get crazy in there and they're a little understaffed at times but they do a great job handling calls and customers. They dont have the biggest selection of cars like the airports, but its better than most neighborhood locations.
Had a relative come stay with me from out of town for several weeks. We decided to go to several locations that were not local decided to rent the car for 2 weeks. Got great prices great service on a great car
Nice place and quick service. While they did not have a great choice of subcompact cars, I did manage to find a Chevy which I liked.
It is unreal how the staff conducts their business. Spoke with 3 different people, Wes, a guy who i could barely understand which he didn't know their policy anyway and some other guy who told me something far from the truth concerning a truck i was interested in. I was scheduled to pick up a truck wedsday and received a call from wes and he told me he couldn't hold my reserved vehicle because if someone from higher up called they could give my RESERVATION to someone else. My question was why even reserve a vehicle if someone has the authority to call and tell them to give the reservation i had to someone else. After hours of going back and fourth I find out the truck doesn't even fit my needs. Wes was more concerned about me signing the contact oppose to the concern of making my experience A+ we never even looked at the truck until he got my signature. During the process of going over the contract i gave him my card and he told me it may not go through because it wasn't a debit card it was a check card. Telling me he was highly uneducated in knowing the different between the two. There is none the cards are the same, when i asked he did tell the truth and said he didn't know. WOW! So once i seen i couldn't use the truck i asked for a refund and he explained that he's authorized to present contracts but not cancel them. He called his manager who stated he was too busy moving cars and could process my refunded the next day. So Wes sends a pic of the contract to his personal phone and was told to text him so he doesn't forget. The story goes on but the bottom line is Ill never use this company again! If you want customer service and professional service do yourself a favor and go to another rental agency.
I rented a nice car from here to go on a little trip and was treated very well and the car was clean and well kept and I will use their service again.
