The off-airport rental center takes about 10 minutes to get to by use of their shuttle. The return is also by shuttle, once you have returned the car there.
Car provided as promised, timely provided, at agreed price on third party website ands the staff was great. I found these guys when airport rental car companies were sold out. I ignored bad reviews out of need for a car and was glad I did.
I was very happy with the price of my vehicle rental, as well as the condition of the car itself. The staff was very pleasant and efficient.
Plan in extra time when you return the car for the shuttle to leave the rental center.
#8 - When I inquired about the missing information and a receipt/documentation for the FULL refund, I was told I had to speak to the manager. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, there was no manager there.

If you want the Collision Damage Waiver insurance, take advantage of the online rate, which may be a third of the rental counter rate.
#4 - Although booked online through Priceline with unlimited miles and a certain price, you discover you are limited on daily miles and there is a HUGE deposit
However, not all experiences were bad. I accidentally booked wrong timings online which I just realized the day before pickup. They were kind to allow modified timings without additional charge. Their shuttle service to the airport is frequent and I didn't have to wait for more than a few mins after return of the car to get to airport.
#3 - The agent asked me to sign the rental car inspection form BEFORE I inspected the rental car. Also, who inspects a car in the dark? With my cell phone's flashlight, I saw the car was FILTHY with scratches and what looked like old decals/stickers on the bumper and doors
#2 - You will be on hold for a LONG time with customer service who are not very helpful.
#6 - After I refused, the car in its unsatisfactory condition, the "clerk/agent" did not offer a receipt/documentation that my credit card would be refunded the amount
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! ALSO HARD TO FIND THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER ALMOST GOT SLAPPED FOR HER TRASHY ATTITUDE AND I NEVER GOT A CAR I ASKED FOR A REDFUND AND THEY WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEY UNTIL 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!!!

The voucher said the counter is in terminal which is not the case. I wasted time looking for the counter. When I finally called them, after a long hold, I was asked to call the local office and wait for the shuttle. The shuttle is not easy to identify and has e-z/advantage car rental displayed on the board in not so big letters. Paperwork took a long time as well.
