Candace was excellent at answering all of my questions, and gave me a lot of good information on the car rental process. This is a very easy and affordable car rental service, and they still had some nice cars available even when most of the other rental services at the airport were out of cars! Thanks again!
Great experience as a Dollar Express member! The convenience and value from the JAX terminal location made it an excellent travel experience.
We got a flat tire on the way from orlando to South Carolina. We were told by a manager (Frito) at that location, that they have tons of options and we can swap out our vehicle (that is on its spare tire) for a new one. We stop out of our way, and we're told by the customer service desk that they have no idea what we are talking about and they don't have any vehicles that we need for a family of 5 (with our newborn). When the front desk asked frito about it, he was "in a meeting" and "couldn't talk". My husband has been on the phone with road side assistance all morning and each represtative told us that this location will have options for us after 10am. It's 1130am-- with nothing. Now we are risking being on the road with a spare for a while longer.
