They're arrogant, unprofessional and I have witnessed sarcastic and down right rude behaviour to other customers.
I rent cars here ever since i moved from buffalo. I have them washed and vacummed. I even got one where there was no windshield easier fluid. I told them she told me to put water in it. Last rental I got there after closing. Brought the car back the day after scheduled because my trip was delayed and charged me an extra $300 for half a day!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. The women (devil) who works here is the absolute worst Avis employee I've ever dealt with. I rent cars 2-4 times per month and have had to use this location 3 times. Every single time I've had issues with this women. She needs to be fired.
The only reason I go here is because as an Australian citizen, important insurances are included and it's walking distance.
Not sure what other Avis stores are like but I would advise avoiding this one.
Didn't help at all with complications and made us call the 1-800 number to wait on hold for an hour
I've had two awful experiences here. Avoid using them if at all possible.
Otherwise don't bother, both woman, weekend and mid week are the rudest people I've met here or home.
