These guys are THE BEST! I just relocated here from Miami & had to put all of my stuff in storage until the closing of my new house. The moving company I had booked cancelled on me last second! Needless to say- I was extremely stressed. I went on craigslist & called Troy Moving with a tough order- to move everything in my storage unit into my new house that same day! I called on July 3rd around 12 noon, and within the hour they were packing up my storage unit. Everything went smoothly & was packed to perfection. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very helpful over the phone and offered an awesome price!!! I called on Wednesday and requested a move for Saturday and they squeezed us in. They were very careful with our things. I would use them again for sure!!!!
I will never use this company again and I do not recommend it to anybody .
I was very disappointed with this moving company because they damaged several large pieces of furniture and then insulted my intelligence by telling me that the damage was already there.
Called and received a very resonable quote for me to move my 2 bedroom apartment from Guven. They told me they would arrive between 11am and 12pm and arrived 1130am. Very professional and handled my picture frames and more delicate things with care. They wrapped my dressers so they wouldn't get knicks or scratches. If you need to move I highly recommend this moving company!
My dining room table was badly scratched and scuffed on the legs and the sides, One of my nightstands was deeply scratched on the top and the worst damage was done to my beautiful huge armoire. The doors no longer open and close properly on it since it was moved. I will have to hire a furniture repair man to fix the doors of my armoire just to use it .
My furniture is brand new and most of it was assembled in my apartment so I know what scratches were on it prior to it being moved by them. I've listed the damages below.
