The move took a bit longer than expected with damage to the furniture but I am very impressed with Jawad's patience and professionalism in working to resolve my problem. He was very responsive, understanding, sympathetic, and accommodating. I understand accidents happen and look to business owners like Jawad to quickly resolve issues and minimize the stress related to problems that arise from moving. Thank you!
The movers were great. Had a hiccup with someone from the office and the owner and others have gone out of their way to make things up.
Guys were professional and absolutely friendly. There were no issues at all. I am really happy with the move and will recommend to my friends.

I needed to move from a 2/1 apartment to a slightly bigger 2/2 apartment. No appliances, the couch and loveseat are basic with no recliners or hide-a-beds. Queen and full size beds. Basic stuff from a single person living alone.
Our move was planned in advance, updated and confirmed for a short move from Jacksonville to St. Augustine, a 1 hour drive. They called saying they couldn't move on original date so we agreed to the next day. When they arrived they had been told it was a small move so they had a smaller truck. Customer service was sacrificed, poor decision-making process ensued and time was wasted. We ended up paying much more because we paid for them to drive the small truck back and forth 3 times, and the move ended up taking 2 days to complete. After that move they said we would get a discount when we needed to move the furniture we had left in the house for staging. There quote for the second move was 3 times more than another competitor. I would not recommend them for anyone who is moving and would like to keep their sanity while moving.
