Have been renting her now for 6 years. I love this place. I love that I can drive right in and get whatever I need and put it back as easily. I also love that it is climate controlled. It's always been clean and staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

The customer service is not helpful! We asked for the 24 hour access twice and both times they said the they've set it up in their system. But when we came early morning on our moving day we couldn't get in! It is extremely unpleasant when a vendor says one thing and in reality you don't get what you were promised! Their prices are not cheap either. If they change this much they should do a better job than this!
Extra Space just took this place over, and I for one am glad of it...I saw what they did when the took over Monument location...I know Extra Space will make this place shine like a new penny! Great News!
