Very poor service!!!

Great movers. Competitive quote, were on time, wrapped and secured all boxes and furniture. no scratches on the walls when moving in and out. Will use them again.
Eric and his crew came to move one of my customers, he was very polite and professional. He even arrived before the customer arrived.
Days prior to my scheduled move, I wrote up a contract with the moving rep. for The Florida Movers, in Jacksonville, FL. On the day of the move, one of the laborers told me that, after speaking with the moving rep over the phone, the rate I agreed to pay for moving my items would be double the amount! What's bad about this is that, a few days prior, the rep and I spoke over the phone about the move, he went to the location where my things would be delivered, came to my home and looked at what I needed moved, and gave me the written estimate for moving these things! Even worse is the fact that, on the day of the move, the moving rep did not even have the professional courtesy or personal courage to speak to me by phone and explain the fee increase. My entire house is cluttered with furniture, disassembled items, and boxes. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I am following up on this poor service through legal means as well. My advice? Try a different moving company.
