While I liked the overall experience with my delivery and unpacking of my household goods, I did have an issue towards the end that wasn't so good. One of the movers from the crew was putting boxes in one of the bedrooms and told us that they "don't put stuff away" and proceeded to up end two entire boxes onto the floor creating huge mess and then threw the empty boxes from the 2nd floor to the entry way. It was the end of the day and I can understand that he was tired, but I found it to be unprofessional. Other than that the experience was good.
We have been moving every two years for the past 18 and this has been one of the best moving experiences we have had. Mike and his crew showed up on time (which is huge!) and they treated our stuff like it was their own. The best part is they came back to the house to pick up boxes so we didn't have to dispose of them ourselves. Highly recommend them. Great job!
Amazingly professional team of super quick packers. Out of all our professionally packed moves (this makes three) I wish I could go back and have Stewart Moving and Storage do each of them. All in all a pleasant experience.
Wasn’t happy about my shipment being constantly rescheduled to the point where I was missing days from work waiting on it and not even getting a call saying it was rescheduled. But once my shipment got delivered the mover was professional and personable. He worked swiftly and knew exactly what he was doing. He even delivered later then what is considered usual to make up for the fact that I couldn’t miss anymore work. I’m not happy with how the mess I had to put up with to get my items but really happy with the quality service the delivery guy providing once it actually got here.
I had a very nice experience with the guys that delivered my property. They were extremely friendly and very professional. I will definitely be using this company in up coming future.
