Provided with referral to this moving company by a real estate professional. I contacted owner, Leonard. I provided him with needed dates and was told that he could accommodate. Upon learning that I was obtaining bids from other vendors he became very dismissive and hesitant to provide a quote.
He nevertheless scheduled and kept a weekend appointment to assess my 4000sq ft home. He failed to contact me with the completed quote. When I called him, he did not provide a quote, was "suddenly" not available on my dates or did he suggest alternative dates, and was very unprofessional when questioned about his affirmation of my requested dates 3 days earlier.
If the owner of a company cannot provide professional and reliable service on the front end, I would be highly suspect of his abilities.
Very unprofessional and poor experience.
