Avoid this moving company if possible! They broke valuable merchandise of mine and tried to hide it. when i confronted them they denied it. eventually they said they would pay for it, but it has been very difficult and they still haven't paid.
We had our furniture delivered last June. There were some damaged items and we are still getting the run around from both offices (Orlando and Jacksonville). They have never called us. We are always the ones doing the initiating. I am now filing a formal complaint to have them removed from doing business with the military in the future. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Thankfully I retired and after this is resolved (whenever that may be), I will no longer have to deal with them.
Hills van moved our furniture back in may 2017 I have damages worth over 2000 they have been giving me the run around and no ever return my calls, the last time I spoke to some in the Jacksonville office she was very rude yelled at me and told she doesn't care about my damages by the way that woman name is Nancy from accounting. I will differently file a complaint on them
I have been using this hub as my offsite business warehouse. My merchandise has always been handled with care and the staff are friendly. What more could I ask for? Their prices are reasonable as well. I have enjoyed doing business with these folks.
The service was ok, however, one man was rude and sarcastic. They took frequent smoke breaks and talked on their cell phones. The older man stayed on the truck and told the other two where to put things. They worked from 8:00a.m.-2:30p.m. Moved me less than 5 miles locally and charged $969.15 for a small amount of furniture. They didn't box my stuff and I transported my own televisions and glass per their request. The estimate was $650.00, so I was shocked. I would not use them again.
