Daniel and Xavier were polite and cheerful, and took very good care with our belongings. They were also flexible when our plans changed a bit. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!
These were very nice gentlemen that absolutely destroyed my Wedgwood China. It was packed incorrectly at the bottom of a large box marked "heavy", not fragile. I was very clear in my instructions to pack the Wedgwood separately from everything else, and for it to be marked fragile. The China was placed in the box first, and then heavy pots and pans were packed on top. The captain of the move was the gentleman who who packed this box, and I believe his name is Xavier (Jacksonville, FL). I would say get the insurance in order to avoid having to replace your expensive items, but that would be if it was packed correctly in the first place. Instead I'll just say avoid to headache and DO NOT use this company that obviously does not care about protecting your valuable items.
Couldn't speak more highly of my moving experience last week. Andrew and Johnny were great! Moving in Florida during the summer you're bound to get a bit of rain, but even during an absolute downpour with thunder and lightning they kept moving and stayed positive and professional the entire time. It was a short move down the road but they got everything packed and unloaded quickly, despite the rain, and it was crazy impressive seeing them move my washer, dryer, and heavy king size bed. Very prompt and great communication before and during the move. I will definitely call them again the next time I move!
I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW NICE THIS COMPANY IS TO DEAL WITH FOR EITHER JUNK REMOVAL OR MOVING. I JUST USED THEM FOR BOTH PURPOSES. LEWIS AND MATT B HELP HAUL AWAY ALL SORTS OF JUNK FROM MY GARAGE AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY AND POLITE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE I HIRED THE COMPANY TO MOVE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO STORAGE. SUNDAY MORNING EARLY TRENT, ALDWIN, KENNY AND JOEL SHOWED UP TO HELP PACK AND MOVE THINGS FOR ME. KEEP IN MIND ALL OF THESE YOUNG MEN ARE EITHER WORKING OTHER JOBS OR IN SCHOOL. THEY ARE ALL VERY HARD WORKERS. ONCE AGAIN, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. THE FOLLOWUP FROM THE OFFICE IS TERRIFIC. VERY HAPPY AND WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.
