This has been a family fav for years! The service is great, everyone is always very friendly and the place feels more like eating at a friends then a restaurant. Can't say enough good things about the place.
Deserted! Off the beaten path. Good service. Good food. I wouldn't drive out of my way to dine here though. I was at a nearby landscaping company, and I searched Nav for Mexican food.
Visiting my sister in Jacksonville & coming back from Amelia island, I googled 'Mexican Restaurant' & found Viva! Glad we did! Greeted with a smile , chips & salsa were fresh & tasty (utmost importance) and my meal was hot & delicious. Try it you'll like it!
