Me and a friend frequent here quite a lot, service is always great compared to the other Denny's in town. This one seems to be the best.
When the manager is there the service is good and the food is good. On the other hand when he is not there the service is very different. We will try another Dennys the next time. Only had 3 people working and one of them was sitting at a table. They were busy and had a lot of dirty tables. Not friendly and bathrooms are in need of a good cleaning and repair work.
Offense #4. When food came, one dish was incorrectly prepared.(asked for mushrooms to be removed; mushrooms were on the dish)
Offense #5. Some food that was ordered was not brought out/forgotten.
This is a great location, we'll be back.

Offense #1. Manager seated us and walked away before we reached seats.
Been here a few times, they are usually pretty steady and the staff is quick. Even when they got something incorrect on my order they rectified it and apologized profusely. High recommend, the food is basic diner food.
Offense #3. 40 minute wait for Eggs, Toast and Sandwiches.
Offense #2. Did not place utensils.
They're usually super busy and I expect to wait a bit for the food, but it is always fresh and hot when we get it, so no complaints there.
Offense #6. Additional charge for mushrooms that were requested to be removed.
