Updated to 1 star. My advice to the executives. Fire the whole team along with the managers and start over.
I showed up before they opened with my dog and two kids on our ride back home from evacuating from Hurricane Irma. They were so accommodating. Got us food right away, checked on us multiple times in their outside eating area and brought the dog water. Thank you for making our journey home easier! ❤️
It wasn't even full to the line in the cardboard bowl! And when I said this is some weird portioning the kid making my side of guacamole slammed it down on the counter.

I won't be coming back to this location EVER. Shame. Chipotle is one of my favorite chains but if norovirus wasn't enough of a risk, you have this terrible mall location stiffing people on the food they've come to expect from other fresh delicious fast non-attitudinal location.
Ordered a bowl, asked for no rice, no beans fajita veggies. Usually when you say no rice no beans they compensate right? Literally three or four tablespoons of vegetables and looked at my crazy because I asked for more. Look Twinks, you're on a diet, I'm not. When I come to Chipotle I expect a filling meal for $10-$15. Every Chipotle coast to coast makes an effort to fill your bowl. Other people were behind me, they asked for beans, legit a strip of beans.

i would have liked it if it's not way too salty!! it's like i ordered salt with some food on it!
Forget this place, never again. Management ought to be ashamed of itself. I hope this place gets hit with a food illness and is forced to close to be honest.
I understand you get slammed with the number of people but you are lacking speed. Big time. Very little organization. We live in 2017 and there is no place for being 1981 like.
