Overall, it was a good dining experience, but nothing special. Would I recommend this place!? Probably, because it's clean but I believe the staff should be friendlier or at least fake it till you make it.
Usually pretty decent. No complaints. A little slow but they are usually busy.
Hubby and I moved to the Bartram area for almost 4 years and I finally had the time to tried out the Applebee's close by. I like that it's right by the house and they stay open pretty late. I came in with a girlfriend on a Tuesday night so obviously it wasn't too busy.
Ashley always serves us at the otdoor bar( which is awesome). She's friendly and on top of any order we have, memorizes all our drink orders even if we haven't been in for weeks.
Food is good, although the hot Buffalo wings aren't very hit, but Ashley always gives us extra on the side.
Came to the carside to go.. Applebee app showed my order was ready.. I had to wait 25 more minutes in this place with no waiting area for To go costumers.. awful experience.. staff was like it is none of my business..
Moving on to our appetizers, we had the spicy boneless wings that were not spicy. But the flavors were there so I guess they were decent. Our entrees were chicken pasta and whiskey burger. Both were pretty good, but for the price, I was hoping the food would taste a little more fresh.
Improved from my previous visits to this chain. Menu is a bit daunting in number of options but food was prepared exactly to order with quality ingredients. Staff was friendly and did not try to rush me through. Much better.
We were seated right away by the entrance. Our waitress seems to be attentive but not extremely friendly so I didn't care for the service. I ordered the dollarita drink and my friend had the Sangria. Drinks were decent but not strong at all, the alcohol content was extremely low, for sure.
