Excellent venue. Bowling lanes are clean and staff is everywhere. You want it, just ask.
They do have great close out deals, and might try again at a later date, but it's hard to give the staff the benefit of the doubt when it wasn't even that busy.
I do think that there needs to be more adult oriented games for interim entertainment.
Long queues at the reception on a busy Saturday afternoon, only 1 person checking in the paying public. It's a captive audience so you have no choice but to pay high prices. Cannot add credit in small amounts to your game card. The arcade game in which you lift and drop plush toys is clearly fixed against winning. The 3 finger claw releases the toy before you position it over the exit chute. Strange!? Waited 15 minutes for an extra plate of fries. Friendly staff however and bowling was fun with the interactive scoreboard. Worst part they DID NOT have a Public FIRST AID kit or bandages to treat a small scrape on my daughter's arm. Offered paper towel only to absorb blood.
First visit here and it had the wow factor, we were elated. But the staff needs some work. Took 35 minutes to get the loaded fries I ordered. When I got them it was anything but "loaded". It had a sprinkle of cheese and a little over a tablespoon of bacon,they gave a generous amount of fries,but for $8,it's not what I expected. The manager told us it would be remade, and after another 25 minutes, a waitress brought it to us ,it looked the same,but the cheese was distributed a little better. They close at 2am and at 1:20 they started oiling the lanes and stopped at the lane next to us. The machine was left there and while I was bowling and my foot hit it. But miraculously, I still got a strike! My wife understandably got concerned and told the manager about the safety hazard. The maintenance man brought the machine across our lane before I was about to bowl. He could've went around,like he did to the other patrons, but we believe it's because we complained.
But this place us serious $$$$$

Food is solid and well prepared.
Great building, well upkept, the manager was attentive, but after telling her about the fries, I didn't see her for the rest of the night, until I passed by the counter.
Food is okay for what it is, bar food. Huge improvement over Latitude 30. Very family friendly but has pool tables and lots of Tv's for sports in bar area. Great bowling alley for whole family. Lots of games for all ages. Way more fun than Dave & Buster's.
We decided to have a birthday party at the Jacksonville FL location after looking over the website. The website said they had putt putt, gravity ropes, laser tag,.billiards and bowling. We were told upon arrival the Jacksonville location doesn't have putt putt or the gravity ropes which was disappointing. The food was not worth the price. The only positive was our server was very polite and very quick. I don't think we will ever go back. Think twice before booking your birthday party at the Jacksonville location.
