I love this place! The food is better than many other chinese food places I have tried. they don't deliver. Although I have moved farther away the drive is worth it.
also no willingness to the customer's satisfaction.
Found a long hair in our food, called and in stead of an apology she asked if we would like to call the health inspector because we just passed... learn the art of customer service we weren't looking for free anything we were calling to let you know so you could take action to fix the situation from happening in the future. Mannerisms speaks volume you clearly didn't want to be there. Also the food was meh, I wouldn't recommend at all for flavor or customer service. Not that it matters to you but we won't be back.

This is the best Chinese cuisine you can get in Jacksonville. Always fresh, spicy, cooked perfectly. Worth the drive from pretty much anywhere. Superb. Try the Kung Po chicken :D
We typically order the large wonton egg drop soup, cream cheese wontons, and general tso's chicken. It is enough for four people. It is our Chinese takeout go to and our New Years Day tradition.
They keep track of your orders by your phone number so always use the same one and once you become a regular they will start hooking you up with extras (egg rolls, extra wontons, etc)
asked to have extra meat on my friedricce and charge for it and they said no... lol really???
They are really quick when you place your order and you food can be ready in 15 minutes, sometimes less. If you want it ready later in the day, they can make that happen to, just let them know when you will be in.
OK, keep in mind this rating is for fast food Chinese. It is a solid 4/5 stars for its category. Many people would see it as a negative that they don't deliver but it's worth the effort to pick it up.
