-1 star the owner and the employees seem to hate working. They are the most mean rude people. I'm very sad that I spent as much money there over the years. Every visit I leave wishing I drove to another store. I finally get it don't go there if you don't want a bad experience. This ace is the place for a huge let down
This place sucks!.....went to buy some products and cashier messed up and double charged my card and when i showed the manager my bank statment to prove they double charged me he refused to refund both payments because it dosent show on his system....mind you it was his cashier who pulled my debit card out of the scanner to early and now i have to suffer because they dont want to be a stand up business....do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this establishment!
Very helpful staff and always available. Even the cashier was helpful. They really enjoy their work. Couldn't ask for better customer service.Tired of ghost town big box stores with no one there to answer questions? Then Turner Ace is your place. Very nice store.
There was a rep standing at the door when I walked in, I needed a single screw and a peephole. They didn't have the peephole I needed, but the person got me to the peepholes and determined the gauge of screw (I guess correctly, but he made sure) and had me out of there in 2 minutes and 45 seconds. I only spent some change bc of what I needed and still got better service than ANYWHERE ELSE I shop.I will NEVER go back to the box stores unless I absolutely have to. I did that day, I needed it quick. It's been the same experience 4 times since then. They had a HUMAN BEING at the cash register! You can drive 45 minutes out of your way and still take less time than going to Lowes. Home Depot is good most places but the Regency Sq location is a toxic sh*thole and has Walmart level customer service. They literally run away from you when you get to their area. I'm gushing, yes, been awhile since I had customer service so I kinda felt like I was back in time. Go to Lowes for a decade then walk into this store and it's like time travel. ***I saw the one star review. Let me say this: If you hold a store to the standard of never making a mistake, then where would you shop? This place is outstanding, yet one guy had a bad experience so everybody should stay away? Despite how good the store usually is? What a snowflake! Somebody get that trump voter into his safe space, where mistakes aren't made. His feelings get hurt when his cup isn't overfull, so better stay away. GO to Walmart where it's safe.
Mr Glenn is outstanding and his staff is out of this world. They are always there to help and go way out of there way to help you and make you feel like family.
