I found this place because my go to repair and parts place became too far for my lawn Business. I was wonderfully pleased at how knowledge and fast they were with my backpack blower. Even told me most of the repairs would be covered under warranty and I hadn't even bought it there. I highly recommend Ronnie's.
Very good service. I took my OLD Snapper to Ronnie's because it went from running to off and not starting/backfiring. I assumed that the timing key had sheared and I didn't have the tools to pull the flywheel. The told me a few days later that he set the valves but it was still running rough, he took the initiative to did into the carb and fixed a few other things. Result... its running better, smoother and stronger than I can recall. These guys are honest and conscientious.
I have been a long-term customer and as usual they came through. It is good to deal with a small local business who has been a part of community for a long time.
Great selection of parts and good prices even for an old Snapper chainsaw like mine. I spoke with Matt and a few others and they bent over backwards to find the correct parts for my old and not common chainsaw. Chainsaw runs great now. Thanks!
Awesome professional service. I took my generator in for repair in front of a looming hurricane and they indicated I was #76 in line just for generators. They said they would try to have it ready but unlikely. Next day it was repaired and less than estimated cost. They even fixed a tire (valve stem) at no extra cost. I highly recommend Ronnie's Repair Shop and Lawn Equipment and will be bringin all my small engine business to them in the future.
