Joe and his staff are fantastic. The store is clean, comfy, welcoming, and very well stocked & staffed. You can't get 20' into the store without someone welcoming you and offering assistance, it's great. Keep up the phenomenal work!
Sales people are almost always available to help & gives expert advice. Feels like your hometown hardware store and no problem with retunn items.
Lots of helpful staff, prices are a little higher than "big box" stores.
Friendly helpful staff but out of stock on some of the basic items I was looking for.
The store is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The prices seem to be just a bit higher than others but my visits here are always great!!
