When we were buying, everything was fine and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, less than two years later our two new couches are failing, and everyone is full of excuses, but no solutions; "there's nothing we can do"... we even bought the extended protection, which turned out to be nothing but a rip-off! They were however willing to quote us new couches! AS IF we'd invest in any more furniture with them given the fact that they won't stand behind our previous purchase. There are plenty of other options, keep shopping.

Salesman was great. Delivery guys early. Service after that is poor. It took a week from the time furniture was received to be delivered to my house. The drawers are not closing correctly and parts have even fell off Now I have to wait 5 days for someone to come out and look at it. They ensure you pay for something upfront even if you can’t use it.
Purchased a couch and, later on, a dining room table and chairs from Woodchuck’s. We’ve been to the store many times and are greeted every time without any pressure. Yet they always have someone ready to answer questions and help out. They’re friendly, really informative and knowledgeable and they work well with us. Awesome place to get furniture.
