After our original couch was dropped during delivery and broke, I was not impressed by the delivery guys arguing with each other or the customer service response. But after working with Melody, and the delivery guys from truck 2 Larry and Anton for the second delivery they made up for the original delivery mess. Melody was more then helpful and courteous to work with my schedule for the 2nd delivery and Larry and Anton were polite and took extra care and time with my furniture.

Overall, one of my favorite furniture stores. Prices are reasonable, and (so long as you hunt for it) they have some high quality/well built furniture. Bought a bedroom set and some odds and end during their Labor Day sale and got free delivery on top of some discounts. Our delivery team (Embree & Matthew) did a great job of getting all the furniture in and setup without issues. Both were very pleasant and worked hard and fast to get things done. Will definitely continue to shop American Signature!
