With premium mobility equipment at a fair price and knowledgeable, trustworthy staff, Home Ability is the best I've encountered in Northeast Florida!
The friendly staff here at Home Ability won me over as a customer in March 2015. I was driving all over town looking at lift chairs. I visited a total of 5 different stores. Home Ability tried the hardest to help me find a chair and did the best job of lowering their price to beat all other stores.
But they made the extra effort and that is why I am writing this recommendation for their store!
Then when the chair I ordered looked like it may not arrive in time for my surgery, Home Ability delivered a loaner chair to me at no additional charge! They honored their word to me that I would get my lift chair the day before my surgery. I only needed the loaner for 1 day, then my chair arrived! So it was a lot of extra work for them to deliver a loaner for just 1 day, in order to keep their agreement.
