Do not appreciate their sales techniques at all. I felt like I was being manipulated the whole time like buying a car at a shady dealership. I would have walked out but they had the couch and chair my wife liked the best. Signs said NO money down but they insisted I pay "sales tax" before leaving the store. Offered 20% off but only if they finance and if they finance they charg a few hundred extra for the premium extended protection plan (doubt that's even legal)and home delivery. Haggled the price down on the furniture which compensated for the extra charges but I would have preferred to simply pick out some reasonably priced furniture and the protection plan and delivery be included. Still wonder how much more I could have saved by haggling longer. Paperwork I signed said home delivery was optional (not according to the sales associate) Furniture arrived on time and looks great. I feel like I got a good deal but it was a painful process which I'm still upset over. if you're prepared to spend a few hours haggling you can get a good deal here.
Alfonso did a great job of helping us. He greeted us at the store and advised us where to go based on what we were looking for. He did allow us to wonder without being overbearing but was still nearby if needed. He went over all the finance options and helped us to get the best for us. Definitely recommend if you want to get new furniture.
Sales lady was great and a tremendous help. Everything was great until time to pay. I was purchasing for a handicapped family member and using there card. They manager refused to allow it even after talking to them to verify. They refused to give me the papers with my name and address on them because the prices could change and I would pay higher prices. I was told to call corporate office to complain.
Alfonso was a great salesman. He greeted us warmly upon entering the store and never pressured us to make a purchase. He even went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. He definitely made the furniture shopping experience bareable. Thanks Alfonso!
