I went to Wayne's the first time last year (May 2016) because I needed a recliner delivered THE NEXT day in order for my husband to be released from the hospital after an accident. No one else could deliver until the next week and because of the timing, I had no way to pick it up or arrange to have it picked up. Charlie went out of his way to help me find a recliner for my husband that would be best for his injuries (which ended up becoming his bed for a couple weeks) and also rearranged the delivery schedule to ensure I had a morning delivery so I could bring my husband home later that afternoon. Now, a year later, my home was just flooded by Hurricane Irma and I had to call to get a replacement receipt for that recliner for my flood insurance and in under 5 minutes, Charlie had the receipt found and sent to me. I appreciate the urgency on both accounts and will definitely be back to support his business and to repay his kindness.

Wayne's furniture has Great style and design, that is just perfect in prices and not to mention the finances plan. We purchased the best recliner and lift for my in-law and he simply fell in love with this chair.
I went to Wayne's Fine Furniture to get a old bed frame, (not your normal bed frame) as they don't make them like what I needed anymore! Wayne's had one! the person that waited on me was very helpful and went over and beyond to get exactly what I needed. The furniture there is very nice will be going back to get my living room set. The customer service is genuinely excellent! Charlie is the best... I put a set on layaway a few YEARS ago and forgot about it. I shared my situation with Charlie and not only did he find my sales slip but honored what I previously paid with a store credit. I am quite pleased with my purchase. He was the same kind person that day as he was a few years ago :-).
