Delivery service sucks. Bouhght two beds for my kids that they arrive tomorrow. Sales rep told me that I will receive a call an hour before delivery "never happened" So I wasn't there and they could wait 30 minute. Called customer service if they could comeback and that was a big no. Then ask when they could delivered and got told I have to wait 2 days for them to reschedule delivery "sorry I can't wait" so then ask to cancel and they told me I still have to wait two days to cancel because my order is lock thats just "BS". Now I have to figure out and buy beds for today. Customer service was a waist of time they even hang up the call because she couldn't do nothing last time I'm buying anything in this store.
Don’t shop here, the delivery system is awful. I don’t like to complain but honestly save your time and money. Had a horrible experience.
I bought a new house and my step-mom bought me furniture as a gift. She paid for express delivery, I wasn't at the time of the delivery and I called them, the first costumer representative told me that I have to call 48 h ahead, because the truck was on its way to the warehouse. Then I waited the 48 h, and then it still was on its way, then I gotta call before 8 pm, just to reschedule the delivery day. At the end a 3 days of paid express delivery, has become more than a week and I haven't get my furniture yet. I really think that they are a very unprofessional company, the costumer service is awful, they tell you terms that you always had to ask what it means. I don't tell to my step mom to cancel everything because after 48 h you only get 80% of the costs. For me I would really recommend that if you wanna use the online services for shopping, be aware, that you could ended up sitting on the floor for several weeks before getting your living room set. If later I gotta buy new furniture probably this would be the last place to go.

I was recently at the show room with my family looking for a daybed. We were assisted by Stephen Currier. We didn't make a decision in the showroom but decided to make a purchase the following day. After calling Stephen back he informed us that he can't take an order over the phone but that we should just go ahead and order it item online. I would like to commend Stephen and his great assistance both at the showroom and over the phone. Even though he knew he was not going to get commission if we order online and that the item was a relatively small purchase. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful and accommodating.
