My experience with them has left me with the absolute impression that this company has turned into just another corporate giant that has absolutely no procedures in place for when they make mistakes, mistakes that have negative impacts on their customers' daily schedules. Rooms to Go system has no skills or procedures to deal with costumer needs. All their care seemingly goes into marketing and selling.
Finally caved and put the dining set together ourselves. Started on the bed and realized they didn't leave the headboard. Called again. They said they can try to deliver it on 10/5. Again no apology.
They said driver told them that I told them not to assemble it, which is ridiculous. We argued back and forth, 3 reps, 3 calls. No apology. No resolution.
If you go to Rooms To Go, go see Jerica. She was the best. She went above and beyond to help us with our furniture for our master. We spent 2 hours from start to finish. We got the Nantucket Breeze-White, with the adjustable bed, and we love it!!! Delivery was within the week, and called before they came, and they set everything up quickly and nice.
RTG delivered a dining table and king bed yesterday. 3 delivery men came. They said they didn't have time to assemble the items because they would then be late to their next appointment. They wanted to leave it outside my front door. I had to make them bring it inside. Then they refused to assemble it, despite the fact that I paid for assembly at the time of purchase. Despite their rush, they had time to walk across my house to ogle the gaming consoles and comment that they were "coming back to get those". They left, leaving the furniture in boxes and even leaving their moving blankets behind.
They have good variety of styles. Out of all the places we’ve been to, it has been the better customer service and value.
I was looking for a dinning room set that I had seen online. The salesman knew exactly where it was and took me there. I immediately knew I wanted it and we took care of the purchase. I was able to pick my delivery date and I was ready to go! A very satisfied customer!
I cut up my RTG credit card today. Never again.
Now today they say that the headboard wasn't on the truck and that is somehow still not their error. They won't do anything about it. They won't even admit error.
