Rude, argumentative. Said I did not purchase item from there even though it was purchased there, albeit over ten years ago. Calling customers liars when they have no proof says a lot about how they run their business. This was the beach blvd. location in Jacksonville, FL. I purchased the chaise lounge from one of your locations in Melbourne Fl over ten years ago. The backing for the chair has fallen apart, I was simply looking to have it repaired.

Went in to price furniture and look at options. There prices are the best and everyone was very helpful! Excited to order our furniture from them. Cannot beat the turn around time or warranty! very helpful choosing fabrics and moving furniture around store so that I can visualize my choices.
We have bought several outdoor furniture pieces throughout the past year from Palm Casual and we keep coming back for more because the quality is top notch and the people who work there are helpful, informative, and professional. Our first time we went in the showroom with our 4 children who were running around (so embarrassing) and the showroom saleswoman smiled and assured us the furniture is meant to be kid tested! She was right!! The furniture we bought withstands our crazy crew and looks amazing. We still need more stuff and plan to return to Palm Casual.
