A leather sofa purchased at your store on Philips Highway, four years later leather has peeled off on arm-rest and on the front of a sofa cushion, in addition, back pillows have collapsed. Only two adults in the house. Store alleges that claims are not covered by warranty.

We bought a leather recliner and a expo show in Nov 2016. Leather headrest covering was peeling off by January 2017. The company claimed that we had cleaned it with non approved cleaners. We have a leather sofa and 2 leather seats Cadillacs that we have never had a problem with. The told us to bring in the headrest and they will recover it. We took it in. A week later the material to recover it was delivered to our home. We took the material to them. They again gave the lecture about cleaning the leather. Again we told them we know how to clean leather, we have a lot of leather products. They recovered the headrest and we picked it up. As walking out, they yelled again about cleaning procedures. I felt like inviting them to dinner and picking them up so they could see the leather in the car and see the leather sofa we have. Weird experience with them. And the headrest should not have have the protective covering peel just after 1 and a half months. We feel the leather or the protective covering is of poor quality and won't be buying any further leather products from this company.
Just had our new leather couch and love seat delivered. What an outstanding buy, hand crafted by professional. Our furniture was done and delivered on time. The service at the store was outstanding. The delivery people did an excellent job. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks.
