Great experience and the quality of the furniture is very good. We were in the market for a good quality recliner and we found it here at Clearing House. Staff was also friendly and helpful which made the purchase much easier.
Owner is very nice but some staff needs better Customer Service skills.
The owner Vadim is an extremely nice person and a great businessman. But I was treated very poorly by one of the male manager employees at this location and he hung up the phone on me and would not answer my phone call when I called right back. The manager employee never apologized for his actions. I will not do business here until the manager employee either apologizes or is terminated from this company.
