Dr bosworth has been our family doctor for over 15 years and he is the best! Hope he never retires! He really knows what he is doing and he really cares about his patients. Would highly recommend him!
Left Hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing specifically in suite 106. i called they gave me information and when i showed up they told a different story. i would not recommend this place to anyone. Left work early for no reason. really unhappy with this people.
Poor communication. Don't return calls. Won't call or fax Rx refills. More concerned with collecting co-pays than practicing medicine. That is going to end in a lawsuit. Dr. Bosworth seemed like a nice old man, but it may be time to hang up the coat.
Long wait times. Office staff is friendly when you go in but get a MAJOR attitude if you call and need something. Called to see if Dr Granger would call me in a prescription for nausea due to migraine (which had been discussed in last 2 visits) and was informed (very rudely) by the nurse the NEXT afternoon that "Dr. Granger doesn't practice phone medicine." Phone medicine?? Said the next time I had a migraine, I would either have to come in to see him or go to the ER. He did call in the script but - NO empathy, major attitude and RUDE. It's not like I was asking for anything for the pain, which he did NOT prescribe while I WAS at the visit. Never had a dr that I couldn't call with these kinds of issues and get an emergency script.
I will NOT be returning to this medical office.
Billing - have to call a corporate number and go through looonng list to choose your insurance type, then be transferred, then explain all over again why you are calling.
Check to understand what a DO is , we didn't. Early symptoms of diabetes went unnoticed. By the time it was full blown the doctorscheduled a glucose test which the lab tech refused to give due to the fact it could possibly send hin into a diabetic coma. As a wife I need information and help and they treated me like a crazy piece of trash. We changed doctors within days. I wanted to go to the board to have his license taken away. In 55 years I have never felt so insignificant and worthless. The first question I would like to know is that how would a year of treatment possibly changed my husbands life instead of going undiagnosed and with prolonged and continued damage to his internal organs? No one talks anymore, no one explains. Its all a game to them, spending most days trying to PLAY IT SAFE - we are losing compassion.
I saw Dr. Granger - was ok, not the best, not the worst. No empathy regarding amount of billing or lab work costs - seems to think "you are investing in your health so there is no price too high." Living like an average person with soaring health insurance costs and a family to feed, I have to disagree. Between co-pay, deductible and lab work, bill was WAY more than I would have expected to pay for the services that were rendered.
