I've called and complained, and clicked every single unsubscribe link I could ever find, but alas, I still get bugged :(
DO NOT GO THERE!! If you do and you have a bad experience, you will only have yourself to blame.
Be careful who you give your information to, you never know what they will do with it or who they sell it to...
They signed my email address up for some newsletter I can never seem to unsubscribe from - it's been well over 7 years since I last lived here, and I STILL get calls and emails from their marketing crud!!!!

3. Dr brown is very knowledgeable but the most important part is she's a great listener.
Pay close attention to what they are trying to sell you as well as the glasses they give you when you go pick up your order.
I came in for my yearly eye exam last month. Was kindly greeted when walking in and was checked in for my appointment within minutes. Gabby did a great job getting my initial test completed before I saw Dr. Brown. The Dr. was extremely nice and very thorough, I can really tell she loves what she does. Jaclyn checked me out and was very patient with helping me purchase my new pair of Gold and Wood frames. I loved all the staff and my experience! I've been going here for years and would recommend to anyone in need of an eye exam or glasses.
2. As a contact lens wearer I sometimes run out. These guys help with much needed samples no questions asked until yours arrive.
This is a great vision center. The staff is always curtious and friendly. Dr. Brown always takes the time to find out the exact concerns you are having and gives you the best options available.

To make matters worse, the manager tried to tell me that she was not going to give me a refund and refused to give me something in writing that I was not taking the glasses. So I had to call my insurance company while I was in the office to dispute the bill.
I went to pick up my glasses and they were not the ones I ordered. I was told "Maybe your confused." How the hell do you think you're talking to, a child? I KNOW exactly what I ordered and they tried to pass off cheap frames for the frames I paid more than $200 over what my insurance covered.
