If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I usually am very forgiving when it comes to health care providers because I realize how busy it can get and the working conditions can be stressful but, there was no reason for the horrible experience I had at this office. The doctor was alright but I had to fill out the paper work during my appointment even though I arrived 10 minutes early. This severely took away from the trouble shooting aspect of the appointment to help them figure out what was going on with me. I literally filled out at least 20 pages. It was rushed and the diagnoses was very generic. Kind of like " eh, take two and call me in the morning". Extremely blasé and impersonal. The doctor barely gave me a chance to prepare before he shoved the camera down my nose. Not only that but the door was left open the entire time. He didn't even wear gloves or show any signs of having medically sanitized equipment ready. He left the room came back, shoved the camera down my nose and left. It happened so quick I didn't even realize how horribly I was treated! The whole office is very unprofessional. They also handed me a magazine with an article featuring the doctor as if this was supposed to impress me? Of course in my extreme desire to leave I was set up for a follow up and agreed because I just didn't feel the need to drag out this situation and was honestly contemplating whether I had overreacted. During my check out, the paper work again became their number one concern. I also felt bad for the care giver helping the older lady that was rudely dealt with. They were arguing with her about a call THEY made to have her come in but said there was nothing in their notes and no appointment. Their follow up appointment, however, sealed their fate for me. I had injured my neck the night before the appointment around eleven o'clock at night. Needless to say, that appointment was the last thing on my mind. I was in extreme pain and couldn't even move. So I called the following morning and was very rudely told I was going to be charged 50 dollars and the fact I was injured and going to the emergency room didn't even register on their radar. I will never go here again. Sorry for the rant but I feel as a perspective nursing student, I hate to even think about how any healthcare professional can be so lacking in compassion. Yes it is your job but come on! Have some degree of self control and realize these are actual people you are here to help, not just a paycheck!!!!!
My first experience with Dr. Greene was top notch. He spent a great amount of time with me and got to the root of my issues with brevity and professionalism .
DO NOT GO HERE! Myself and others who have had septoplasty procedures by Dr Greene including turbinate reductions have walked away with more issues than when we walked in. Seems other ENTs get all his old patients in to fix the problems he created in their noses. Obviously all about cash flow to him and speedy procedures to fit them all in. Doing whatever tests or evaluations with instruments he can to don ya for $$. Years ago had primary care refer me to him for the consultation and procedure, which was done, but he wasn't available post-op that week and recovery went horribly. Wasn't there to answer even one question. Staff said there was nothing they could do for me. He Blamed ME for the pain I was in after telling me to cook up a homemade saline solution that had my nose so irritated, you should see the videos. Years later I continue to have issues he never warned me of the risks and as I tell my story to jax people they all say "OH NO that happened to my husband too by him..." clearly a trend and a big mistake. Regret is the word. Go see someone else!!!
We had our girls' ears pierced here and Dr. Greene was professional, friendly, and showed care and concern for how the girls were feeling during the piercings. Was a 'warm' experience for sure. Cost (which included the earrings) was very reasonable and the earrings have lasted! His staff was also very friendly to our girls.
Very rude, waited over an hour with a 4 year old and a newborn in the lobby. When I went and told them I needed to be rescheduled, that I leaving, Dr. Greene was rude with his comments, they immediately got us back in a room. After waiting another 30 mins, still havent seen Dr. Greene, we leave. As I'm leaving the nurse sees him walking out of a room, tells him that I'm leaving, his response.... good, fine by me. VERY RUDE, he WILL NOT see any of my babies no more! This isn't the first time I've been in this kind of situation with his office before. This is the straw that broke the camel's back.
