Called to schedule a new patient appointment, and they said they couldn't get me in to the Doctor but I could see the Nurse practitioner, got a call today the day before my appointment telling me I had to Change my schedule to the morning (which I cant) or it would be another week before I could get to the Nurse, I said I can't wait that long and I was pretty much told sorry we can't help you!!
He was an hour late coming in to the room to see me. He was very non chalant. No eye contact. He did not listen to my complaints. He was rushing to get out of the room. He had a very unprofessional staff member. I was very unimpressed.
I had an appointment at 3:20 on 3-14-17. I arrived at 3:00 pm. I waited for an hour without being seen. If I missed an appointment I would be charged a fee. They missed my appointment by making me wait an hour. They need to be charged a fee. Why should I pay for a service provider when they aren't providing a service. My time is worth money too.
I have been with Dr. SHARE for many years. My wife and children have been patients. I have a good relationship with Dr. Sharpe. I will continue to go to him for csre.
Dr Sharpe does not care at all for his patients. I went to him about (what I now know was seizures) an issue I had been having where I would go black in the mind. He sent me to go get a Brain Scan done and never contacted me with the results not with a solution to my problem. Well after being rushed to St Vincent's ER, I now know that the issue I was having we're seizures. Smh. He is a very poor excuse for a doctor
