I love Dr. Sekine! We live in Georgia and have been making trips for appointments for more than 33 years. He's always been the best! There are no major complaints, but I do wish the receptionist was more friendly and outgoing.
While I like Dr. Sekine, I am extremely frustrated that my last two appointments have had to be rescheduled. It's extremely inconvenient. I have a very busy career, and it's a struggle to fit my visits into my schedule so when I make an appointment I expect it to be upheld.
Beware!!!!!!! This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They lost my paperwork and never got back to me. After a week of trying to get a first appointment I decided to speak with the office coordinator (patty). Not two minutes pass and I get a call from Ashley telling me they won't take me as a patient and she is sorry. That's how the manager handled it. There was no concern or coaching or anything. I'm not sure how they keep the lights on. And if you want to reach Someone hit option two for doctors and nurses because they don't answer the phone for patients.
