Billing department was horrible. Over charged me by $415 even though I presented a valid Florida Blue card. Clerks didn't know what they were doing. Still waiting to get reimbursed 2 months later. Have called 3 times to have this handled. Today they told me it will be another week or two before I get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.
Doctors were good and able to restore my vision to 20/20 without surgery after a corneal abrasion. Thank God!
