If I could give this office negative stars I would. I have had multiple bad experiences here, including but not limited too, 2+ hour wait time for every appointment, horrible bedside manner, inaccurate completion of health care documents and wrongful administration of multiple tests.
My most recent experience is what really sent me over the edge though. After my acceptance into medical school, I was required to have multiple health forms filled out and returned to school. I brought these documents to the office weeks in advance so they knew exactly what needed to be done. Upon showing up for my first appointment, I waited over an hour to be seen. I got back to the physicians office, received an inaccurate physical and was sent on my way because I was told the rest of my paperwork could be completed with previous information. A couple days later I received a call saying I needed to come back because they forgot to administer my TB test. So, I made another appointment, waited another hour+ and received my TB test. Then, I went back a couple days later to retrieve my paperwork and I notice they forgot to give me an alcohol screening. So, I had to acquire proper documentation from the office, go on my own to a Quest diagnostics facility and wait 2 more hours to be seen and receive this screening. Needless to say, this happened three more times with different aspects of my paperwork.
After one month, 4 visits to Dr. Prince's office and 4 visits to Quest diagnostics I still do not have my paperwork completed. I have spent hundreds of additional dollars at Quest for these additional tests and countless hours trying to get this all settled. I will say that Becky, the front desk receptionist, has been nothing but helpful in this situation and is one of the only good things this office has to offer.
Overall, I would not recommend anyone go to Dr. Prince unless you want to wait 2+ hours to receive low quality care.
Doctor Prince saw me as a follow up from a er visit. She properly diagnosed my condition that the er did not. She saw me at 4 o'clock. Her and and nurse stayed till 8:45 treating me. She truly puts her patients health above everything else
My wife and I have been patients for well over twenty years. We have always received excellent care from both Dr. Prince and from PA Teri Tyer. Our issues have always been diagnosed properly and with compassion, so I would highly recommend Dr. Prince as a primary care physician.
Been with Dr Prince for 25 years...she's the best.Staff is very friendly too.
Im cancleing my new patient appointment. When the person scheduling my appointment became rude because I refused to give my S.S.# out over the phone (highest rate of identiy theft is giving your SSI # out over thw phone and its usually Doctoes offices. That was my red flag. AnDoctors.officw nor dental office should never be allowed to ask that question over the phone. Shame! Shame!
