Had a family session today in which she cried for 20 minutes wanting to come home. Was told that "we aren't getting anywhere with this" and the meeting was terminated. We are not allowed to contact her she gets 5 mins a day to call home. When she calls if she gets upset or says anything bad about the way she is being treated they hang up the phone call.
If you require any life saving medication, you won't get it. I didn't.

This place is not for kids they are so horrible they will make the kids sleep on the floor there attitude is so nasty they do not know how to talk to anyway please run from her I believe they are hurting the kids not making them better. They will try and make it seen like your child is crazy they don't require getting one star I hate the fact that people will mistreat kids or anybody ..these kids are still human no matter what

Trying to get her out after three days but they want to keep her longer and won't discharge her.... she is miserable and they will end up doing more harm than good. Called insurance and told them not to authorize any more treatment... will get her help elsewhere.
HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! PLEASE SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE.... every doctor takes an oath to do no harm. I am certain however that is not the case with this place.
Her dad called and said he was coming to get her and was told it is a locked facility they will not release her and if he shows up it won't do any good.
Had to give this place a one star in order to write a review but it doesn't even deserve that. This facility is like a jail. My granddaughter, who is 7, has been there for three days and has not showered, her hair has not been brushed and her undergarments have not been changed. She complains that her wristband is too tight but they don't loosen it. When confronted about these facts the staff was rude and made excuses trying to justify it.
I wouldn't wish this place on anyone the staff are terrible people they treat the patients like trash and are very unprofessional. I pray for the people in there because the place is truly death. The staff members do not care about the patients what so ever and all staff members need to be fired period. I encourage others to speak out because that can be the first step into a new beginning. Don't take on a job that involves mentally ill patients if your heart is not truly in it period. Use the experience to make a change in the world or someone's life not for entertainment purposes. And management do a better job at hiring people because right now you are doing a terrible job. Please & Thank You!!! 0 stars

Mrs Monique & white guy there are BULLIES to the kids there. They prescribe meds that are too expensive to afford!!! These people have no people skills..they need training on how you talk to people!!!
She has 2 hours a day worth of group and actual help and the rest of the time she is coloring and doing other arts and crafts.
