I see this physician and so do my children and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have had the pleasure of working with one of the top neurologists in our city and he chose to see this physician as well. Not only is Dr. Loper a master in his field he's extremely compassionate and he and his staff have always gone above and beyond for me. I had to have a surgery at the end of the year and I've had some issues with sinus infections since then that if I followed up with him when I should have I would have been better off and even though he knows I know better he didn't make me feel bad about it he was just as patient as he's always been. Because he's not in my organization I do pay more to see him and I will continue to pay more to see him because I know I'm getting the highest possible quality care I can get when it comes to my ENT needs. The office staff are just as wonderful as the doctor. I've never seen them be rude to anyone. They've always been patient and kind and they've always been very cooperative.
Best doctors visit ever! Had to take my 5 kids. One was a newborn. The staff there was amazing and my kids had a great time there!! My visit was short and sweet and left with my diagnosis and how to help it. Dr. Loper was friendly and informative and gentle during my procedure. Kind of felt like a mini vacation lol.
From the moment I came in, it was very clear Dr Loper had no intention of listening to me. I have been experiencing persistent ear pain. The diagnosis he gave me did not seem to fit the symptoms I was having. When I questioned him on this, he refused to acknowledge it and accused me of arguing with him. When I told him I was especially concerned because of the impending hurricane he said "well, I would be happy to passify you." He came across very sarcastic and very demeaning. Never have I met someone who came highly recemmended be so diappointing. I would not recommend him to anyone.
I wasn't very enthusiastic about seeing Dr. Loper because of a few bad reviews. I had an appt on Nov 27, 2017 and found that Dr. Loper was very friendly, had a good sense of humor and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Loper.
