Went to get my favorite chicken mojo and sweet roll. I also had to pick up some watermelon. Publix is the only store I buy my fruit from. I love their BOGO free.
Was looking for an item for a bread dip that I was making, store didn't have it set aside when I got there but the store manager Doug was more than helpful and even offered to stop off at another store to get the item for me after he finished work. I didn't expect him to do that but I'm very thankful that he did. Very busy store but clean and a good place to shop. The deli crew is great as well. Folks, this is why Publix sets the standards in retails customer service. Others should take notes. Thanks again
The wife and I have been coming to this Publix ever since it opened several years ago. WE have been to all of the other nearby supermarkets but keep coming back to this one. It is not the largest but they carry everything that we need, Their produce is always fresh and the store is always clean. They have great customer service. Once when we got fried chicken from their deli, it was a bit on the dry side from sitting under the warmer lights for a long time. I mentioned it to the store manager and we were immediately given a receipt for another free. They always help with the groceries. Highly recommended if you live in the area.
Order a baby shower cake needed help n received great service. The experience went well n I feel at ease. Can't wait to see the outcome/cake.
