Very helpful staff. If you needed help, they didn't just tell you where something was, they showed you where it was. Great customer service.
The pharmacy was great. Our prescription was ready within 15 minutes of it being dropped off. Thank you for the great customer service.
I like this Publix because it's close to home. I like the Publix in Yulee, FL a lot more. There always seems to be employees stocking shelves and in the way every time I go to the Duval Station location. The cashier associates are nice folks, though. The deli sandwiches are tasty, but if you order online they might not be ready at the time you expect them to be.
I m leaving a one star review because of the deli. When you stand in line for the hot case for 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging that you exist, you have a problem. Sick of it!!!
Good store and well stocked. A little small and crowded at times, but it does the trick.
Updated to add that after living here a while I've noticed that the deli ALWAYS sucks. It can just ruin a trip... If you go with kids, don't plan on going to the deli or it will run all of your patience.... Makes no kind of sense.
