I do like Publix but again and again every time I go you spend 45 min waiting at the deli counter and hot food never enough staff and people behind the counter are always quick to say hi but way to long for some cold cuts and popcorn chicken I live in Bartram but now go to Publix on 210 people are nicer and in and out always in about 10 min

Deli department is constantly short staffed no matter the day or time of the week. Anytime I try and get a sub it is a 20+ minute wait with several people in line and only one person making subs. Publix subs are great, but I now DO NOT purchase at the Bartram Park location any longer due to lack of customer service and helpfulness. Also, employees at this location are not friendly or helpful in other areas of the store.
