Cons: Communication is scarce when something breaks in the house. Was promised a new A/C unit after the one in the house broke 3 times in a month and had my phone calls and emails ignored to the point where we just gave up on it. When it came time to renew the lease, I was sent a letter that said I had two days to decide whether or not I wanted to renew (This was two months before the lease expired). I called and asked if I could have a week to discuss it with my wife since we were potentially going to be buying a new house. I was told that the best they could do was noon the next day... Needless to say, I declined the renewal off of principal alone at that point. We were able to buy a house in the two months and naturally these guys were also very adamant on finding any little thing they could to make a claim on the security deposit even going as far as to try to accuse me of not cleaning the carpets because there were furniture impressions in them. I did end up leaving a couch in the garage that I didn't want and didn't have time to get rid of so they did tag me for that (Even though they have bulk pickup every week and literally just need to put it by the street. I even offered to come by on garbage day to do it, but was ignored.).
Pros: Got a nice house.
