Finally we move in and we start unpacking and I go ahead and hook up our washer and dryer aaaannnd... NOTHING! I take out my handy multimeter and check the voltage at the outlet... 0v... Hmm... Maybe something wasn't installed correctly? So I call the electrical workers who installed it and they informed me that they were told to just mount a 3-prong outlet on the wall but not hook it up... So I go ahead and pull off the cover of the outlet and it turns out the guy was right... The outlet was mounted (Perfect for a picture on closing day) but nothing was installed.
Great realtors
Gabriella was the selling agent for a home I bought in Jacksonville, Florida. There were two breaches of contract throughout the process. The first breach was regarding work done to the house. In the contract, it stated that they had to have repairs done by licensed workers and they had to provide us the receipts and bills for the work that was done. The work was all completed by unlicensed contractors which meant we had to have someone else who was licensed come and look at all of the work that needed to be done. The other breach was the installation of a Washer/Dryer hookup that they were contractually obligated to install both from us, the buyers, and FHA.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They were the listing agency for my house. Owner had relocated to another part of the state, the agent was responsible for overseeing fixes to the house per the inspection report. Every part was done incorrectly, my house was left trashed with construction debris (which included broken glass embedded into the carpets), broken and disguarded lighting fixtures and a broken ceiling fan. Agent promised to clean up, but never did. Many things were left undone from the inspection report and the agent failed to even show for the closing. We paid him 12k in commissions and you would think he would have had the courtesy to show up and thank us. I will never recommend this company, my new windows have leaked, my wanes coating and wood trim is ruined, my gutters were never cleaned and the agent failed in every way to do his job. Im still picking glass out of the carpet. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend.
The day of the closing (no kidding... the DAY OF THE CLOSING!) she told me and my realtor that everything was installed and even showed us pictures!
Gabriella Marichal our real estate agent was the best would give her the utmost recommendation!!!! Above and beyond all ur expectations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this place...Best Real Estate Company in town!
Please know when dealing with Gabriella and her investor friend, Abraham Friedman, that you're dealing with two incomprehensibly dishonest people with no honor whatsoever. If you're deciding on a property that they are selling, just go with another... You'll have much less heart ache on moving day.
