I just completed a turn key purchase with JWB and I am impressed with their operation. Everything went smooth and they have a top notch group of people that help guide you throughout the process. I visited the properties and am impressed with the quality of their rehabs. They try to keep your maintenance expenses low by installing wood plank flooring instead of carpet . They also try to sign 2-3 year leases which help keep your vacancy levels low. The property management side of the company is strong and gives you peace of mind. I hope to continue building my portfolio in the Jacksonville area with JWB in the quest for financial freedom.
I've worked with 3 other turnkey providers and working with JWB was the best. They have great communication and are very responsive. You start with weekly calls and then they taper off to monthly calls after your purchase.
We gave a five star review in the past but I now downgrade to a 2 star review. One property ended in two evictions and one abandoned the property after disturbing all the neighbors. We lost a lot of money and wished we never invested in this. When the property turned, it cost over $4000 to repair and cleanups, which is a shocking amount JWB should be managing the property and finding quality tenants, not placing one bad tenants after another at our expense. It has been a huge stress for me. I hope this nightmare will end soon.

The first thing they did was ask me about my goals to learn more about me as a person and an investor. They weren't pushy and were very patient with all the questions I had. After we learned more about each other, they walked me through purchasing a property through them. Everything went very smoothly and I even watched a Youtube video on the walkthrough of the property. I'll definitely be purchasing the next property with them soon.

I recently closed on my first property with JWB. The process was easy and without much of the drama associated with buying and managing property. I feel like working with JWB has given me a business partner, someone “on the ground” and who has already asked the questions I would ask. My goal is to build a portfolio of investment properties and hope to do that with JWB.
I am currently buying my first rental property with JWB. Meeting with the team they are very friendly and put effort into making sure all the customers (owners and renters) are happy and are setup for longer term use.
My husband and I purchased two properties in 2014, trying to move away from the paper assets. We are getting great returns on our investments and we are hoping to purchase more in the future.
