Buyer beware. This company and agent Selma Collier misled us. Our dream home is now a nightmare home. No mention of flooding and shortly after closing half my backyard disappeared. Listing stated "creek front property" but I'm not allowed to walk to it because it's wetlands. Even putting a path to the creek is illegal. Listing stated "imagine your children playing in the woods" but guess what? It's impossible to play in the woods because I discovered there wetlands and you're not allowed to damage any part of them by trampling on them.and be aware that this company pays for good reviews. Do not trust this profit driven company because all they care about is profits not the customer and not an honest sale.
