Absolutely an amazing place. Great, friendly workers, & the room was above & beyond anything I was expecting. The price was low and they exceeded our expectations. And my goodness at the breakfast... Wow!! I wish I woulda took some pictures.
Convenient access to the Mayo. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Left my phone charger in my room, checked out, and three hours later it was nowhere to be found. The front desk was very helpful in looking for the charger, but it was sadly gone. Good place to stay.
Easy access to Mayo Clinic through indoor walkways and in a convenient area of Jacksonville. My only complaint is the room door slams shut. This is easily heard from other rooms too.
The staff is amazing and go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are like having a 1 bedroom studio apartment which makes your extended stay a little easier. The walk way from the inn to the clinic makes it very convenient to visit your loved one without any extra added stress.
Very convenient, nicely appointed and clean. Our room had two large beds, full kitchen area with dishwasher, cooktop, fridge and necessary accessories for cooking with an extended stay. I would give it 5 stars, but it's starting to show it's age a little bit...nothing badly, we will be returning!
