Our flight was cancelled so JetBlue put us in this hotel. As soon as we walked in I told my husband it smelled bad. I started coughing uncontrollably after some time. I couldn't figure out the random coughing. I look above the bed and there is mold all over the wall. This explained the coughing. I woke up with a horrible headache from the coughing. The carpet turns your feet black. I do not recommend at all.
The front desk manager was extremely arrogant and condescending to a small group of ladies ahead of me attempting to check in. Quite simply.....he was just extremely rude! It was the worst example of customer service witnessed at a hotel in my +30 years of frequent travel. So much so, that I cancelled my reservation and booked another hotel quietly from the lobby. I quietly explained to him what I had witnessed and did not feel the way he treated these African-American women was right. He simply told me that I did not need to stay at the hotel. I calmly let him know that I had already been taken care of that. Do not stay here unless you find that sort of thing acceptable or you simply enjoy verbal abuse.
Very clean rooms and lots of amenities. It had microwave, refrigerator, nice breakfast. The pool was small, But clean. There is lots of nice shopping and restaurants close by. Beds were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone! Its also a Choice Hotel if you play there points game!
The first room we were given was horrible!!! We requested another room. The clerk was hesitant to give us another one, but after being told we would take a refund and go somewhere else we were given a better room. The new room was much better excerpt the a/c never quite got the room cool. It was very quiet inside and out, even on a Friday night.

Rooms have micro and frig! Would stay again if in the area. Convenient to airport and 95.
Night clerk was very nice. Check in easy!
