We stayed on the premium floor with a 2 room suite. As soon as we left the elevator the carpet looks old, worn, ragged, and dirty. This extended into the room. Our room has worn out tile, stained sheets, missing grout, spots in the mirrors, etc.
In the morning we wanted to have mimosas. Room service doesn't begin until 11 am and this was at 1030. I went to the front desk and was informed that their market doesn't have sparkling wine, and then I. a very condescending tone I was informed that the bar doesn't even open until 11.
As a diamond member who is at the premium brand for the Hilton chain... I expected much more. I Should have stayed somewhere else.
This is our second stay at this embassy suites. It's better than most of the others were been to in Florida. Rooms are clean, service is good, food is meh. Everyone gets you and is friendly. I don't have any complaints other than we needed to change rooms because the first one smelled bad. Glad we did because the second one was also a little cleaner. Nothing crazy just the little touches that show someone cares about how they clean.
Nice hotel. One of our favorites in the area. Great rooms/suites w/ more space than most hotel rooms. Prefer cleaner rooms but no hotel really meets my cleanliness expectations. This one is pretty good. Great breakfast but typically takes time to grab everything you need when you have the kids with you because there's so much to choose from. Often the tables are too far to leave the kids unattended when travelling solo trying to get everything needed for breakfast. Appreciate that they have Disney Jr. Many hotels only have the main channels which often don't offer cartoons for the 5 and under crowd. Overall, great place to stay and one we'll continue to use when coming through the area.
Great staff. Very friendly. We had 4 rooms booked for a pre cruise stay. Nice reception at night with snacks and complimentary adult beverages. Clean and large rooms. Definitely staying there on my next trip back!
When I first walked in, the hotel seems very nice. The food in the bar was great, as were the drinks.
This is one of the best Embassy Suite hotels I've stayed in. My family went down for a quick get a way to celebrate our anniversary and do some Christmas shopping. The staff was courteous and professional. The lobby is well decorated and the rooms immaculate. Kudos to the management and staff. We'll definitely be back.
